Lao Gan Ma crispy chilli oil dried chilli and crispy fried onion, all in a richly flavoured oil and is the most famous brand of chilli oil used throughout China. Serve the crispy chilli oil at the table with almost any dish - a spoon in a bowl of ramen, or a little on top of silken tofu with sesame and soy for breakfast. It's extremely addictive, you just can't leave any.
